These terms cover orders, prices, printed products, replacements, artwork, and the live cameras. Card payment stays on helenthecatlive.com.

Orders and Printing

Every piece is printed to order from photographs of Helen. Production takes several business days. You will see delivery estimates after entering your shipping details on our checkout page.

Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change. The price confirmed by our server and processed through Stripe at checkout is the price you pay. We never accept or charge an amount supplied by your browser. Card entry and processing stay on helenthecatlive.com.

Materials and Color

Product photos show the intended artwork placement. Final colors may vary slightly because of the material, print run, or your screen settings.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email hello@helenthecatlive.com within 30 days and include a photo. We will send a replacement.

Artwork and Photographs

The photographs of Helen and the artwork created from them belong to Helen the Cat Live. You need our written consent for commercial reuse.

Live Camera Feeds

The feeds are provided as-is, with no promise of uninterrupted availability. Helen appears when she wants; naturally, she has not signed a performance contract.
